Keeping shrub and flower beds free of weeds
Raking leaves and grass as needed
Proper pruning of shrubs and trees as needed and during proper time of year
Keep all streets, sidewalks and parking areas free of dirt, trash and grass
Use bush-hogging where, and if, needed
